Taman Bukit Permata neighborhood is serene and a calm vicinity as it is located by the hillside. Having something like a private area, the residential area is no dense as other residential are some distance away. However, Taman Bukit Permata is located nearby two cemeteries. This might be and might not be an issue for some. But the issue is not a huge one, as this is just a terrace housing area. You won't have to look at it everyday. The DUKE highway, and the Komuter station are plus points for Taman Bukit Permata, as accessibility to the city plays a major role, especially work related ones.
