    Andaman is no pushover when it comes to property development. Past projects in Ipoh, Kota Damansara and Subang boast a total number of nine while new projects are at a count of 13, as of September 2014. The facilities in tow are also sounding to look and feel exclusive, while the surrounding Bangi town is quite a busy town, elevating its urban and modern feel. Youngsters are expected to flock here as there are many colleges and universities in the area.The units at EVO SoHo Suites have been selling like hotcakes, and the main talk is now centred on whether the first SoHo property in Bangi will take off or just crash and burn. It is worth noting that studio apartment has managed to garner attention lately. 10% discount will be offered to Bumiputeras and 5% to the non-Bumis, to increase the appeal to those who might think that the half an hour drive to Kuala Lumpur is a bit too long.
