They already have two projects under their belt, with the first being the beautiful and highly successful Gardenville Townvillas in Selayang that is fully sold out, and the second being the Teratai Square that is almost completely sold out with an extremely limited number of units left.Although located in a heavily populated residential development, Teratai Residence is well located amidst a number of major inner roads that almost never face congestion. Traffic is usually smooth sailing throughout the day, although it may slow down during peak hours. The main roads usually affected are the roundabouts within the area that connect the various housing developments.Teratai Residence is an excellent investment opportunity especially for the early birds, as apartments of these sizes at such an ideal location are seldom found.
