Taman Sri Ukay enjoys lush greenery at the back of the enclave. The air is breezy around here and quite peaceful. However, sometimes there are several notorious kids come to Highland Towers site and make noise. In the end of January 2009, there was a report on The Star that residents of Taman Sri Ukay were upset of a private school in the enclave. The residents claimed that it causes traffic congestion in the morning, afternoon and evening as the parents drop and pick their kids. Besides that, they also claimed that the teachers as well as the staffs park their cars indiscriminately. The infamous Highland Towers is located at the end of Jalan Hill View. The Highland Towers tragedy which happened in December 1993 had taken 48 lives. Even though it was reported that the collapsed was due to improper construction of the pilings, some are still traumatized to live within the area as there was another similar tragedy located in Taman Hillview which was caused by soil erosion. Traffic congestion along MRR2 is horrible during peak hours. As it is the only ingress and egress, one cannot escape from it while going to and getting from work. However, when the traffic is cool, one can reach KLCC within just 10 minutes via AKLEH, and Mont Kiara within 15 minutes via AKLEH.
