    Traffic around Kenari Court can be hair-pulling at some times. The entrance to the compound is almost adjacent to the turn to Cempaka LRT station from the busy Jalan Pandan Indah 6/1. The issue is further worsen as Jalan Pandan Indah 6/1 is a two-lane road, and it is a road that is used majorly by the people of Pandan Indah. Traffic there holds up regularly, and patience would be required.On the upsides, Jalan Pandan Indah 6/1 links to Jalan Pandan Indah, which connects easily to Sungai Besi Expressway. MRR2 is also a viable alternative and that highway brings its users to Sungai Buloh, Damansara, Kepong, Selayang, Gombak, Wangsa Maju, Taman Permata, Keramat, Ampang and many others. Hence, even though the traffic can be crazy, the connecting highways are awesome.Pandan Indah is a mixed township, so there are many types of development here. That does point to a lack of style. Though that is not a deciding factor, as this property itself is not one that is targeted to expats or the rich, it does bring a sense of havoc and ill to the air. However, the place is alive and well, and its hustle and bustle make the area of Kenari Court a very active one.Kenari Court is suitable for own stay or even as a source of investment. Although the exterior of the building is a bit run down but the apartment is sited in a very convenient area, thus, the value of the property has also appreciated as compared to the last few years.
