Analysis
On the overall, Kemensah Residency is well-received and turned to be a successful one. Its design is indeed contemporary and practical rather than normal tropical design had by similar developments in the vicinity. Just like the rest of developments in Kemensah, they suffer from bad accessibility which residents can only access to their homes via Zoo Negara and Melawati. And both options require residents to pass several neighborhoods and narrow roads. As both accesses are coming from MRR2, residents have no other option than to suffer bad traffic congestion along the highway every peak hour.
