Desa 288 is an old development by Selaman Sdn Bhd. The developer is the same developer of most developments in the area including Tiara Ampang, Ampang Point commercial area, Sri Mamanda terrace house and Taman Dato' Ahmad Razali flats. The only complaint on Desa 288 is its look which looks terrible with shabby paint walls that already turns black instead of the original white color. Apart from that, the apartment is a very nice place to stay. Desa 288 is just within walking distance to almost all basic amenities, from eateries to shopping mall, supermarkets, banks, sports centre and even hospital. The apartment is a highly demanded by the students who study nearby as well as young executives who work at Ampang Point and KL city centre.
