Sited on high elevated land, Golden Hill Garden boasts fresh air from the surrounding greenery. Besides that, some corner units command nice view of the abundance greenery which is eye-soothing. Even though there is still remaining green lung atop the hill, the green patch would not remain long as the area will developed into residential developments for sure. Currently, there is an on-going development right next to Taman Waja and the land has been cleared. Hopefully the Government will maintain the greenery of the hill as the Kepayan Ridge Hiking Trail is a famous hiking spot among the locals.
