Eden Heights is a beautiful condominium which was developed by Innosia Group, a firm which had developed several properties in Malaysia such as The Acapella, The Horizon, Casa Palma and The Sanctuary Hotel and Mall. This condominium was launched in the year 1997 with a launch price of approximately RM120,000. This property was sold out even before the property was launched for public viewing. Seventeen years after its launch, Eden Heights currently has a subsale price of over RM250,000 and an unfurnished unit in this residence can get rental up to RM1,200 per month. A fully furnished unit can get a higher rental income. Compared to developed state such as Kuala Lumpur, the property market in Sabah is still going dull.
