Analysis
The existing breakwater at the front beach of Springtide Residences was made bigger by increasing it above the water line to about 18m. It is done to protect the beach more efficiently. Besides, more sand will be deposited to the front beach to create a stretch of white sandy beach. The water supply to all units comes from the storage tanks situated on the roof top directly. To improve the water quality, a filter will be installed in these storage tanks. Other than that, the finishing touches in the living spaces all are using the good materials to satisfy and bring the residents a comfortable home life. A kitchen package is not provided in the unit, as a standard kitchen package will most likely not able to meet the needs and requirements of the purchasers. Thus, purchasers will have their own option to take their desired kitchen package.Springtide Residences is located 7.7 km from Magazine Circus. Even though it is situated a bit "out of town", this brings gorgeous scenery at its surrounding. At a near distance, there is an optimum sea view where residents can catch a glance at Tikus Island, Song Song Island and Langkawi Island.
