Azuria is among the cheapest condominium in the area and preferred by the middle income group as well as students due to its close proximity to Georgetown city centre and TARC. Also, residents love Azuria to enjoy the panoramic view of the neighborhood skyline and the sea. According to many, the condominium is a decent place to stay with a clean and calm surrounding. You would not feel like living with another hundreds of family as the condominium's environment is serene and the five blocks are lined in one line. Even though the condominium is over a decade old, Azuria looks pretty new as it was just repainted in 2008. Kudos to the management body hat has managed the condominium pretty well so far. All the facilities and landscape are very well maintained.
