    Analysis

    As one walks around within the condo vicinity, one would notice some residents comprising adults and children who are cycling, swimming and even jogging. This perspective has certainly given some kind of assurance to anyone who visits the condo that this is a safe and comfortable place. Furthermore, the security guards are also very strict when it comes to strangers entering the condo area. Only those with access cards are allowed to enter the condo.Springfield is a walk up condo, thus to the younger generation, this may not be a problem at all. However, it would be a challenge for the older people to climb up and down the staircase each day. It would also be difficult when a new resident moves into a unit on the upper floors as there is no lift to carry the furniture and other belongings into the condo unit.Springfield may be easily accessible via major roads in Penang. However, there is only one main road leading into the Sungai Ara residential area. Even though the traffic congestion in this area during peak hours is not as bad as many other areas such as Relau and Green Lane, this is one of the weaknesses of staying in this area where one needs to consider. Overall, it is obvious that Springfield is currently still in hot demand. This is definitely good news to property owners who intend to sell or rent out their units. However, the value of this condo has sort of stabilized or rather stagnant. This could be due to the fact that it is already 13 years old even though it is well maintained. So, it could be a better idea to rent out the units rather than to sell them off as there is steady flow of demand from employees working in the Bayan Lepas FIZ area.
