The location of Sathu Residences is really in the outskirts of Bayan Lepas, nearer to the southern side Penang island which is relatively less developed. Amenities are not abundant in the immediate vicinity; but Penang island is rather compact therefore amenities are not too far out of reach. The design and concept of the developer's project is ideal for growing families and prioritizes on safety as well.The location is then ideal for own stay, however there's the steep price of over a million Ringgit for a terrace house to consider, in the outskirts of a town in Penang no less.
