    UDA Land which stands for Urban Development Authority has been developing residential properties, affordable homes and commercial properties since the year of 2001. Some of their on-going projects in northern region are Florissa, Bella Impiana, Arcaria and Legai Casarina.Considering the great reputation of UDA Land, Seaquelle Condominium will be one of many established residential developments in Seri Tanjung Pinang. The only problem that arises for Seaquelle Condominium is its leasehold tenure. Since the launching price starts from RM800,000, some considered the price to be somewhat highly expensive for a leasehold residence in that particular area.Some interested buyers are actually hoping that the tenure status could be changed to freehold by the developer in near future. As of August 2014, the developer has not yet disclosed the exact layouts of the units, the maintenance fees as well as the completion date of Seaquelle Condominium. Once the development progress further, many of the unknown information will be made available to the public.
