The Willows is a development by New Bob Realty, formerly known as Bob Agency. Commenced in the year 1959, this firm was the first real estate company in Penang as well as the northern region of Malaysia. The name was transferred to New Bob Realty in the year 1981 and to date this developer had launched numerous properties. Among the properties are 10 Island Resort, Aston Villa, The Manor, The Gates, Hillcrest Residences, One Imperial, Quattro Zen, Grace Residence, D'Mansion and Legenda. The Willows is located in a close proximity to UITM. It is well known that, properties located close to education institutes will always be a hit, since investors would merely purchase it just rent out to students. Rental value would also be high and investors are encouraged to purchase this property if it comes with a good price.The Willows is yet to be launched despite the developer's claim to launch it by the end of December 2013.
