The only things that Pearl Indah has going for them is the relatively low price for a piece of landed property in Penang, and that there is a Pearl City Master Plan. The first shopping complex within Pearl City named Pearl Auriga has begun construction as of September 2013.There are numerous cons with regard to the development, certain interested purchasers have visited the construction site and laments the poor quality of construction materials.
