Overall, many are in agreement that Carnation Villa units are very reasonably priced considering the fact that the development is located in an extremely strategic area. Shopping centres, hypermarkets, restaurants, schools and major highways are all within the vicinity of Carnation Villa. The big built up sizes at Carnation Villa are also attractive, along with the neighbourhood swimming pool and club house. Gated and guarded, the development appears to be the ideal neighbourhood to raise a family. However, there have been a few minor issues regarding the exposed cabling. Investors and buyers alike have expressed disappointment with the developer for not installing cables underground. There have also been complaints about the narrow roads within the housing area and exposed drainage system. Those issues aside, it appears that Carnation Villa is doing well in terms of generating interest.
