Skyview Residence is great place to stay at considering the amount of facilities that are provided to its residents. However, the area that it is located in is somewhat densely populated and one of the main concern of living in the area is that, at one point the place will be overcrowded. Even today, Jalan Perak is facing an endless congested traffic almost every day throughout the week.Since its launch, the units in Skyview Residence are selling fast, but several investors doubt the capital appreciation of this condominium and whether it will have a great value for rental. Nonetheless, the price that the developer offer when it first launched has increases from RM450 psf to RM 565 psf which means Skyview Residence would most likely be great for future investment.
