Sri Permai is well-located and that is the single factor that holds the most value in any property. Prices are at about RM500 psf and rising as of November 2013. The location allows easy access to several popular commercial areas such as Georgetown and Gelugor and of course, Jelutong itself. The traffic within the area is bad especially when the school's session starts and ends as there are several schools located nearby. The intersection between Jalan Freeschool and Jalan Perak is also prone to stand-still traffic.
