Information is surprisingly scarce on the developer which is in itself shocking especially for a development of this size and magnitude. Further digging shows signs that Residence 21 might have been its maiden project, and a highly successful one at that with a brilliant new concept. There is hope that this developer will continue on their good work and rise in the industry. The location is highly coveted for its centrality in the heart of Penang. Traffic will however be a pain for the residents in the midst of their haven as traffic along Jalan Macalister usually never lets up during the day; therefore residents can expect a challenge getting out of their homes. Other then that Residence 21 is highly exclusive as not many high rises in Malaysia can claim knowing all their neighbours due to the extremely low density of only 21 units. Safety will definitely be extremely tight as the security guards will be able to immediately recognise any stranger who attempts to enter the building. It will be a wonderful home for the deliriously rich with exception of the terrible traffic outside their houses. It would also be an excellent investment despite its price as due to its location, the price is almost assured to increase over time.
