The developers of Logan Mansion have appointed Mega Realty as their exclusive marketing agents, therefore there was no public launch. Location of the development is excellent, being in the centre of Georgetown. The walking distance to many amenities is a big plus factor considering the traffic in central Penang. Facilities proposed are fitting for a high-end condominium, though there isn't word yet on maintenance fees. Overall, it is fairly priced at approximately RM950 psf.
