Minden Place has appreciated rapidly since launch in late 2009. Units that were selling at RM1 million back then are going as high as RM2,900,000 right now. That is almost 200% appreciation in four years. However, there are other landed developments that were recently completed as well, so purchasers might have cheaper alternatives if looking for a place in the area.
