Starhill has been criticized for having a low take-up rate and a bad plan in general. It is inconceivable to have a high-end condominium with such a high density of 20 units per floor, and the 5 lifts designated to service over 500 apartment units would not be sufficient, even without taking into account the fact that the tower itself is 29 storeys high. It is seldom that we see developer with little to no experience venture into building high-rise condominiums. There is little faith generated in their attempt to sell at launch.
