Primo Heights was sold out rather quickly at launch, indicating good demand for the units here. Being located near the Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone, it is an ideal place to stay for the few who managed to secure units. It has excellent amenities within walking distance, good views all round as it is just by the coast, near the Penang bridge and the airport as well. The location in itself is an excellent selling point. However, the title for the land here is commercial, therefore, causing increased utility bills.
