When the development was first announced, there was a lot of interest from the public and at one point in time, almost 2,000 people registered their interests. However, there are only 100 units and it is said that Tunas Muda would give preference to their members for purchasing, which would include 400 of their existing members. The public was deeply disappointed at the lack of a public launch and availability to the public. There are even rumors that under-the-counter transactions were available should any person desperately want to secure a unit. Furthermore, the prices at which it originally launched at was considered very reasonable due to its location and it is quite a challenge to find a property at a similar location selling at less than RM400 psf, especially a new development.Apart from that, there are some cons with regard to the property as well. The land itself is a triangle piece of land, which certain members of the Chinese community comment as bad in terms of "Feng-Shui". Others commented that the location, being at the fork of two main roads would mean a lot of noise and air pollution as well.
