Due to the high density of the living areas and insufficient parking spaces, many residents of neighboring blocks tend to park their vehicles alongside the roads outside their respective condominiums / apartments.Nevertheless, the traffic condition can be smooth except during rush hours when congestion from the Penang Bridge often spill onto the two aforementioned major roads as a result of its proximity to the Penang Bridge.
