    The low density residential area of The Garden makes it perfect for those who wanted a more relaxing and serene style of living. Though, it is highly advisable that the residents in The Garden have their houses fully installed with safety features as the area is very secluded and could be threatening for the residents.Balik Pulau is not very famous and as populated as some other towns in Penang, thus it is a concern whether investing in The Garden will bring a great value for capital appreciation and rental income. Nonetheless, the area is developing and with many amenities located within Balik Pulau, it could soon be a very well area for investment.
