Arena Tegap is a housing developer based in Kedah. This is their maiden development in Penang, therefore there is little info with regard to their craftsmanship. Springtime Homes is heavily marketing on the 'spaciousness' factor as indicated on their brochures. The package does present really good value in terms of psf.The price of RM230 psf is rather low even considering that it is located in Balik Pulau. Properties in the vicinity are being launched at higher prices in terms of psf. Given that Springtide Homes is not guarded nor gated, and has little facilities; but the price and the spaciousness of the property is well-catered for a large family. If you don't mind staying rather far away from civilization and want a good-sized house, then this place is for you.
