Although Kuantan is one of Malaysia's bigger states, life here is easygoing and laid-back. Traffic is generally smooth sailing at all hours of the day, with mild congestion only happening right in the middle of the city where there are many traffic light. Even then, traffic is usually still quite smooth. The roads are usually quite clear, even during peak seasons where many local and international tourists make their way here.Being such a peaceful and laid-back place, the residents of Taman Setali get to experience tranquility that many can only wish for. Crime rate in the state is low and house break-ins are uncommon. As a matter of fact, the most recent crime reported in Kuantan was a car theft syndicate in Cherating which was wrapped up very quickly. Houses in Taman Setali would make good investments in places like Kuala Lumpur where land is scarce and large built-up houses are very much envied. It however does not make so much of an investment in Kuantan where there are so many housing options available at far more affordable prices. It is however a fantastic home for retirees looking for a place amidst civilisation but still wish for a bit of peace and quiet.
