    On paper, the serviced apartments offer great returns in terms of being an investment because the GRR scheme guarantees 19.5% return within three years at the very least. The management is an international hotel chain, therefore their expertise in hotel management can hardly be disputed. Kuantan is also well known for its sandy beaches and being a tourist destination, therefore occupancy rates would not be much of a concern.After the 3 years of Guaranteed Rental Return of 6.5% scheme, the owner of the property can either take back the property, or enter an optional agreement of non-guaranteed rental. Any rental received by Swiss-Gardens would be pool-shared among the owners whom entered the scheme.
