PETALING JAYA: Property developer YNH Property Bhd (YNH) has topped out the first tower of Solasta Dutamas at Mont Kiara, a residential development with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM771mil. 

Solasta Dutamas sits on a 3.5-acre plot and is a freehold development. It comprises three towers. The topped-out tower, Block C, is a 42-storey development comprising 501 residential suites. The other two towers, Block B and Block A, are 33-storeys and feature 329 units. The development comes with a covered walkway to the KTM railway station. 

"The topping out of Block C marks an important milestone for us. With the support of the operation and construction team, we have successfully completed the structural framework of Block C within the construction timeline. The remaining two towers, namely Block B and Block A, are progressing well and are at the superstructure stage of construction,” said group general manager Allan Yu, adding that the development is on track for completion in 2026. 

Solasta Dutamas features six layouts. There are three versions of the two-bedroom units with Type A offering a built-up of 720 sq ft,  Type A1 with 750 sq ft while Type A2 has more space at 800 sq  ft. The three-bedroom units are Type B (880 sq ft), Type B1 (900 sq ft) and Type B2 (900 sq ft). The facilities at Solasta Dutamas include a multi-purpose badminton hall, outdoor BBQ area, gymnasium, and sauna.
