Visitors flocked to Tropicana City Mall to view some of the many interesting properties on display at the four-day fair.

The four-day StarProperty.my Fair at Tropicana City Mall in Petaling Jaya concluded last Sunday on a high note with more than RM25mil in sales recorded by the 14 developers.

The fair organised by StarProperty.my with its premium partners IJM Land, Tropicana Corp Bhd and Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, brought together an extensive range of projects by the developers.

It saw a big crowd turnout by property buyers who were looking for good value projects and to shop for their dream home.

The participating developers were Ekovest Bhd, IJM Land, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, See Hoy Chan Sdn Bhd Group, DK-MY Properties Sdn Bhd, Ireka Group of Companies, Land & General Bhd, Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, Sime Darby Brunsfield Holding Sdn Bhd, Titijaya Land Bhd and Alfranko Development Sdn Bhd.

Choices were aplenty as the developments ranged from residential to commercial property located in the Klang Valley, including one project in Seremban.

Matrix Concepts showcased its flagship integrated development called Bandar Sri Sendayan in Seremban that has various residential, commercial, leisure and educational components to meet the different categories of buyers.

Suriaman 3 is one of the projects in Bandar Sri Sendayan that has attracted the attention of visitors.

The project comprises two-storey superlink homes called Elfora and Elforix with built-up of 2,766 sq ft to 3,510 sq ft.

These spacious houses have been designed to ensure that its residents will go home to enjoy the warmth of their abode, where nature blends in perfectly with their lifestyle.

In addition, there is also Elvina, a two-storey superlink home type that has built-up of 2,807 sq ft to 3,284 sq ft. Its practical layout and maximum interior space optimisation make these homes the perfect sanctuary for families of all sizes and needs.

IJM Land displayed two of its flagship townships at the fair, Periwinkle and Wisteria in Bandar Rimbayu, and Danau Perintis in Shah Alam 2.

Periwinkle comprising double-storey semi-detached homes come with a lot size of 32ft x70 ft priced from RM950,000. Wisteria, the first gated and guarded project in Bandar Rimbayu, offers homes with a lot size of 23ft x 80 ft priced from RM900,000.

IJM Land senior general manager Hoo Kim See said Danau Perintis is the first high-rise development in Shah Alam 2 offering 889 sq ft houses with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The development will be launched in November and is currently open for registration.

Naza TTDI was one of the developers who had its luxuriously prestigious properties on full display.

A visitor, Yong Chee Shin, was on the lookout for either a single-storey house or an apartment.

He had viewed several properties that caught his attention but said he had yet to make up his mind.

“I would like to see more property consultants at the fair who can advice potential property buyers in order to assist them in their decision making,” he said.

Wong Chi Ying, who was also looking for a high-rise property, said she would like to find one in an area that has easy connection to the city.

“I am looking forward to the biggest property fair at KLCC next month.

“Hopefully there will be new project launches. I would like to find my dream home which is at the right location and at the right price,” she said.

There were 14 lucky winners of Senheng cash vouchers worth RM888, RM2,888 and RM5,888. Seven of the RM888 cash voucher winners had bought their property from Mah Sing while one bought from DK-MY.

Two winners of the RM2,888 cash vouchers bought their property from DK-MY while another from Mah Sing.

Another two buyers of Mah Sing property won the coveted RM5,888 vouchers while a third bought from DK-MY.

The two lucky visitors who walked away with a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite each by taking part in a quick survey at the StarProperty.my booth were Erroll Ian Joseph and Lim Chooy Foong.

Forty lucky visitors also won each a one-year subscription of The Star ePaper worth RM350.

There are many more interesting property projects to be exhibited and promotions to look forward to at the upcoming StarProperty.my Fair to be held at KLCC Convention Centre on Nov 27 to 29.

Dubbed the biggest fair of the year, it will start from 11am to 7pm daily. Admission is free.
