Based on an ongoing survey by Propwall.my, 49 percent of the participants said the government has not sufficiently addressed the difficulty for first-time homebuyers to purchase a home, whilst 24 percent believed the opposite. The rest were uncertain if the policies will help the situation.
On top of that, the vast majority also asserted that more effort should be focused on boosting the general employees’ disposable income. With higher disposable income, the chances of getting home loan approval will increase significantly.
