Will the property market get worse in the next six months?
35.32% said YES.
Are you aware that all real estate negotiators must now wear authorized tag issued by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents (BOVAEA) when conducting business?
56.35% said NO.
78.41% prefer landed properties.
43.65% prefer houses between the range of RM300,000 to RM500,000.
