PETALING JAYA: Today marks the final day of the four-day StarProperty.my Fair at Tropicana City Mall, which has been attracting big crowds since it opened on Thursday.
Those looking for good value projects can head to the fair, which showcases a wide range of offerings from 14 developers and covers the needs of different categories of buyers.
The fair is organised by StarProperty.my with its premium partners IJM Land, Tropicana Corp Bhd and Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd.
The participating developers are Ekovest Bhd, IJM Land, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, See Hoy Chan Sdn Bhd Group, DK-MY Properties Sdn Bhd, Ireka Group of Companies, Land & General Bhd, Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, Sime Darby Brunsfield Holding Sdn Bhd, Titijaya Land Bhd and Alfranko Development Sdn Bhd.
Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is featuring its flagship project Bandar Sri Sendayan located in Seremban, an integrated township with commercial, residential, leisure and educational components.
Visitors can also check out Suriaman 3, which consists of two-storey superlink homes, Elfora and Elforix, with built-up areas of between of 2,766sq ft and 3,510sq ft.
These roomy residences are designed to ensure that owners would be able to bask in a place where nature blends in perfectly to create a cosy lifestyle.
In addition, there is also Elvina, a two-storey superlink type with spacious built-up areas of between 2,807sq ft and 3,284sq ft.
The practical layout and maximum interior space optimisation enables these homes to cater to families of all sizes and needs.
DK-MY Properties Sdn Bhd, a member of DK Group of Companies, is showcasing D’Latour @ DK City, a SoHo and service apartment development in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya.

The units at D’Latour boast exclusive designs with built-up of 897sq ft to 1,783sq ft for the SoHo duplex units and between 724sq ft and 883sq ft for service apartments.
Exclusively at the fair, the developer also has an on-going promotion called the DK Home ownership package under which D’Latour buyers can get up to a 15% rebate, free sales and purchase agreement (SPA) and loan legal fee and furnished units.
Limited units available as the development is 60% completed.
At the Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd booth, projects at the fair include Ceria Residences, comprising 150 units of spacious two-storey terraced houses and 350 condominium units built on a 7.8ha of freehold land.
The gated and guarded project is located near Multimedia University, Cyberjaya.
The condominium units come with built-up areas of between 1,000sq ft and 1,292sq ft, with larger units featuring a dual-key concept under which owners can live in their respective homes and also generate substantial incomes from the properties they own.
The landed properties built within Ceria Residences are from 2,679sq ft onwards, suitable for extended families.
Each home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and are priced RM323 per sq ft.

Among the visitors who bought their dream home at the fair were Low Kai Shen, who bought a D’Latour service apartment.
“I decided on this property for investment purposes, as it is sited in the strategic location of Bandar Sunway,” he said.
“With its close proximity to the many universities, I would be able to rent out my house to the students.”
Another proud buyer was Tai Peck Tee, who purchased a service apartment unit at EkoCheras by Ekovest Bhd.
“This development is in a very convenient part of town, especially as there is a future MRT station right next door,” he said.
“I’m planning on using this unit for investment. My tenants will be able to shop at the upcoming IKEA store in Cheras.”

They said they visited the StarProperty.my Fair looking to invest in affordable property as Malaysia faced a shortage of supply of affordable housing.
One of the winners who requested anonymity was hopeful that the Government would focus more on fresh graduates, executives and starter families who are finding it nearly impossible to own a property given the soaring property prices.
Property buyers at the fair can submit their sales order form for a chance to win Senheng cash vouchers worth RM888, RM2,888 and RM5,888. The winners will be announced today at 9pm.
