KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd has unveiled its first transit-oriented development (TOD), The Connaught One, in Taman Connaught offering affordable units to first-time homebuyers and professionals working near the city centre.
The TOD also caters to small and medium-sized families as there are five layouts with flexible and adaptable designs. While parking bays are provided residents will be able to enjoy the easy accessibility to public transportation as the project is located next to the Taman Connaught MRT station.

Starting at RM290,000, Connaught One consists of two towers, each 53 storeys high with a total of 1,334 units. The facilities include a coworking lounge for those working from home, dedicated parcel and delivery areas, outdoor recreational facilities, pools and reading areas to foster a healthy community.
Pantai Hospital Cheras and UCSI University are nearby while business hub Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) is six stops away via the MRT. Residents can access the other parts of Greater Kuala Lumpur via Cheras-Kajang Expressway, Jalan Cheras and the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).
