PETALING JAYA: UEM Sunrise Bhd achieved over 50% take-up rate for its latest development, Residensi Astrea Mont’ Kiara, before its official launch.

UEM Sunrise chief marketing officer Kenny Wong said there were 44% of the units taken up by the members of the Tresor customer loyalty program, while another 14% units were booked through referral programs, showing that UEM’s products have won over the confidence of its existing buyers.

Situated on 2.4 acres of land with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM323.0mil, Residensi Astrea is a freehold, low-density residential development offering 240 units in six different layouts and 37 floors. The sizes range from 1,364 sq ft to 1,859 sq ft with a starting price of RM1.2mil.

The development is targeted to be completed in the first quarter of 2023.

“Residensi Astrea is another outstanding example of our commitment in designing exceptional living spaces where families can thrive and be part of a sustainable community,” said UEM Sunrise Director for Central 2 Liong Kok Kit in the launch event yesterday.

“The units will feature well-planned wide frontage for living areas and bedrooms, segregated wet kitchen and pantry arrangement and a wide private balcony fitted with glass railing,” added Liong.

Wong said the development is designed to cater to different market segments, including young couples and families as well as empty nesters to call it home with its combination of urban living, well-designed units, specially curated facilities and multi-tier security features.

Residensi Astrea Mont’Kiara will be equipped with lifestyle and leisure features on two different levels. The Stella Deck will provide a 45m star-lit pool, splash playground, jacuzzi, tennis and basketball court, gastro pavilion, picnic lawn and barbeque pavilion. The Astral Deck at Level 36 will feature a gym, lounge and terrace.

Residensi Astrea Mont’Kiara is located within a short distance to the Verve Shops which include Jaya Grocer and several health facilities. It is also close to some international schools and shopping facilities.

Meanwhile, Wong said they would also be launching a new phase of development for Serene Heights, Bangi.

He added that for the next six months, UEM Sunrise would be launching a total of 690 units for different projects worth RM690mil of GDV. The areas will include Bangi and Gerbang Nusajaya.
