UEM Sunrise Residensi Allevia Mont’Kiara completes topping-out ceremony

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd recently completed Residensi Allevia’s topping-out ceremony in Mont’ Kiara, further establishing its presence in the Klang Valley Central region.

“The landmark achievement strengthens presence and portfolio in the Central region.  UEM Sunrise’s topping out tradition is a pivotal point in the construction process,  symbolising the completion of the structural phase and the development of another UEM  Sunrise luxury residence with breathtaking views of the Mont’ Kiara Skyline,” UEM  Sunrise central chief operations officer Liong Kok Kit said.

The residence was launched in 2020 with 43-storey towers with four units per floor. Units have build-ups ranging between 1,703 sq ft to 2,634 sq ft.

“These 43-storey low-density towers achieved a gold star rating in Green-RE and were awarded the Best Green High-Rise Development is perfectly crafted for sustainable and green living. We prioritise natural light and ventilation in common spaces, water-efficient fittings and residents can also be at peace with reduced noise levels reinforced by the density of the wall fixtures,” Liong added. 

Allevia achieved a 97.32% score for the Safety and Health Assessment System in Construction (SHASSIC) assessment. 

With an estimated gross development value of RM545.9mil, the project has a 75% completion as of January 2024. It will be scheduled for handover by 1Q 2025 and has a 90.5% take-up rate. It is located within walking distance of Mont’ Kiara’s Central Business District and is connected to the SPRINT highway.
