Verdi eco-dominiums raise benchmark in eco-friendly living.

The development is set within a gated and guarded smart community conceived with convenience, comfort and security in mind offering smart-home features and community connectivity through high-speed broadband. Each unit of Verdi eco-dominiums comes equipped with home automation controls such as lighting scenario, air-conditioning control and an Info Kiosk available via a video door phone.

Subject to stringent Green Building Index assessment and certification, a total of six acres of the overall footprint is reserved for landscaping and open area. While enjoying luscious greeneries at Verdi eco-dominiums, residents also have access to a multipurpose hall, gymnasium, adult’s pool, children’s pool, Jacuzzi pool, central garden, maze garden, herbs garden, gazebo, children playground and a jogging trail and BBQ area. With ample car park bays, these facilities are complemented by security features of the development including card access system and CCTV cameras provided at designated common area and a 24-hour security services.

Verdi eco-dominiums development is an innovative addition to the larger 98-acre boutique development in Symphony Hills, a self-sustained urban development by UEM Sunrise in Cyberjaya that is now home to multinational companies such as Shell, HP, Ericsson, BMW, HSBC, DHL and many more.

Verdi eco-dominiums recently completed its topping out in a ceremony held on 14 March 2016; signifying the structure completion of the development according to the project’s schedule. It is expected to be fully ready for occupancy by end of this year.
