KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd has topped out KAIA Heights Phase 1 in Seri Kembangan bringing the development, which encompasses 19.24 acres, a step closer to vacant possession.

KAIA Heights comprises two 30-storey blocks with 10 units per floor, accommodating a total of 924 units. Priced from RM567,800, units have build-ups of 972 sq ft to 1,437 sq ft. Its amenities include sports courts, a jogging trail, a multipurpose hall, a gym, pools and a BBQ pavilion.
The development received a Green-RE silver certification through its sustainable features, which include rainwater irrigation, conservation of existing surrounding forestry, composting and ventilation.
KAIA Heights has close access to educational institutions such as the Alice Smith and Rafflesia International Schools. It is connected to the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and the Bukit Jalil Highway. The first phase is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2025.
