KUALA LUMPUR: TSLAW Land marked a significant milestone with the topping-out ceremony for its landmark development, Skyline KL. This event, held at the soaring Level 50 rooftop, celebrated the remarkable progress of Skyline KL, which is now on track for an early handover 12 months ahead of schedule.
Skyline KL features 2,218 residential units and 13 retail shops, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.2bil. The unit sizes range from 480 sq ft to 1,080 sq ft, with prices starting at RM360,000. This project effectively combines affordability and practicality, making it a highly desirable address in Kuala Lumpur. Originally scheduled for completion in December 2026, Skyline KL is now set for early handover by December 2025.
Member of Parliament for Cheras Tan Kok Wai was present for the ceremony and commended the project’s rapid progress and its contribution to the urban regeneration of the Pudu area. Tan joined TSLAW executive director Law Wai Cheong in presenting Chinese New Year gifts to the local hawkers’ association near the project site, showcasing TSLAW Land's commitment to community ties and support for local businesses during the festive season.
“Skyline KL is more than just a modern development. It’s a tribute to the generations of families who have called Pudu home. We aim to elevate the lifestyle of our residents while ensuring they retain their deep-rooted traditions and community bonds. Our project is designed to enrich the essence of this beloved neighbourhood,” said Law.
Strategically located in the bustling heart of Kuala Lumpur, Skyline KL offers direct access to the Pudu LRT station, ensuring seamless connectivity to key destinations such as the TRX Financial Hub, KL 118 Tower and premier shopping centres like LalaPort, Pavilion KL and KLCC.
