PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) has won a Gold award at the Putra Aria Brand Awards 2024 edition, making it a second Gold in its third win since the award’s inception in 2022.
Putra Aria Brand Awards is a consumer-driven brand recognition where responses are voluntarily submitted, with voters selecting their favourite brands based on their experiences and perceptions. The award has recognised Tropicana as one of the top brands in the Property Development category.
“Building townships for more than 45 years, Tropicana has broadened its position from a resort-style developer to a sustainable community. Our design approach focuses on indoor and outdoor spaces that are in ecological and aesthetic harmony with their surroundings,” said group chief executive officer Mark Rozario.
“We are truly honoured and humbled to be recognised as The People’s Choice. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to building sustainable townships formulated and refined based on decades of feedback from the industry and our community.
