PETALING JAYA: Property developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) has launched its Tropicana Freedom Campaign to enable buyers to save when they buy a completed home built by the developer. It features zero down-payment, up to 50% rebates, 100% financing with HouzKEY by Maybank Islamic and up to 10 years of free maintenance.
Customers who introduce their family and friends to purchase a property under the campaign is also entitled to a 2% referral reward. This campaign is crafted exclusively for completed properties with some participating developments down to the last available unit. Tropicana group managing director Dion Tan said the core benefit of this campaign is that no waiting is required as the participating units are ready to be occupied.
These developments are all completed phases, mostly in established townships in Tropicana’s stable of exclusive addresses. Hence, investors can generate rental income immediately, and families can move into their new homes right away.
“With this (campaign), buyers can save on their investment long after they move into their properties. Our focus on redefining the value-added features for this campaign will be a welcome addition for many in search of a brand-new home or commercial unit at a good price,” he said.
The participating properties are Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya, Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning, Tropicana Heights in Kajang, Tropicana Residences in Kuala Lumpur (KL) and Tropicana Indah in Petaling Jaya.
Outside of Greater KL, the participating properties include Tropicana Danga Cove in Iskandar Malaysia, Tropicana 218 Macalister in Penang and Tropicana Landmark in Kota Kinabalu.
