PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) has successfully handed over the vacant possession (VP) of Freesia Residences at Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning to 198 homeowners.
“We are very pleased to continue the success story of Tropicana Aman with the timely completion of Freesia Residences. These beautiful lakeside homes also achieved an impressive Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic) score of 81%, underlining our ongoing commitment to redefining the art of living and quality delivery to our property owners. Adding more good news, Tropicana Aman will see the handover of Gemala and Hana Residences in the coming months,” said marketing and sales and business development managing director Ixora Ang.
“Since 2012, Tropicana envisioned a sustainable and wholesome township for the Kota Kemuning community. This 12-year in-the-making Tropicana Aman master plan rolled out its first phase in 2015, recording 100% sold within a year. This was followed by many other phases from landed and high-rise residences to commercial developments, an 85-acre central park as well as private and public schools,” she added.
Freesia Residences comprises two-storey semi-detached homes and bungalows that come with five-plus-one or six-plus-one bedroom configurations and built-ups from 3,770 sq ft to 5,354 sq ft. The development offers a gated and guarded community, 24-hour security patrol, a perimeter boundary fence equipped with CCTV as well as a visitor management system. With 100 ft wide tree-lined boulevards, 7km jogging path and bike trail laps around the lake, Freesia Residences offers residents conducive surroundings for a healthy lifestyle.
