KOTA KEMUNING – 1st August 2015 marked another milestone for Tropicana Aman. Its second Fun Ride, “The Yellow Ride”, received overwhelming response and saw 500 hardy cyclists pedalling to the finish line despite the wet weather. The Fun Ride event started from 5.30pm and ended at 9pm. It was organised to mark the relocation of its existing Tropicana Aman property gallery at Kota Kemuning to its new capacious property gallery at Bandar Tropicana Aman, Selangor. The ride was flagged off from the existing Tropicana Aman property gallery at Kota Kemuning and the 12-km cycling route ended at the new property gallery. The participants received a dry-fit T-shirt, water bottle, face towel and an endearing “Yellow Bike” medal, signifying their valuable participation in the Tropicana Aman “The Yellow Ride” event.
Speaking at the event, Tropicana Corporation Bhd head of marketing & sales Ms Ung Lay Ting said “We are thrilled to have received such an encouraging response. The rain did not dampen our spirits and we have recorded 500 participants. Together, we pedalled to the finishing line at our new Tropicana Aman property gallery.”
She went on to add, “Today’s event not only marks our relocation to a new property gallery, but also to encourage a healthier and more wholesome lifestyle. Tropicana Aman is a self-contained mixed township development offering an array of facilities and features such as a generous 85-acre central linear park and lake, as well as a 7-km vehicular free bike trail/jogging path. Tropicana Aman is set to be an idyllic place where you can find the balance in life, where the yellow bicycle (our development's icon) is a reminder that it is time to slow down, breathe in the fresh air and live in a walk- and bike-friendly environment.”
After the event, participants were treated to a sumptuous Raya themed buffet dinner, DJ performance and lucky draws. 20 lucky draw prizes and 4 yellow bicycles were given away to the lucky winners. Staff at the property gallery were also present to hand out goodie bags to the participants and responded to queries pertaining to the Tropicana Aman development.
