PETALING JAYA: Property developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) is accelerating its digitalisation journey with its newly revamped website, the launch of its comprehensive Tropicana 360 App and opening of its experiential hall.
The improved website features corporate info as well as past, present and future developments from the group, while the Tropicana 360 App boasts over 16 key features.
The app provides maximum convenience and a one-stop platform for Tropicana homeowners, from pre-sale to completion assistance to facilities booking activity.
Rounding off the Triple Celebration event held at Tropicana Gardens Office Tower on April 21 was the reveal of Tropicana Experiential Hall. The upscale high-ceiling galleria, which is available for Tropicana’s event and private bookings, features stylish and functional interior designs.
The completion of these three important milestones underlined the group’s commitment to its digital transformation drive, leveraging on technology and network for stakeholders to embrace the digital economy in its aim to accelerate growth.
Tropicana group managing director Dion Tan shared how the pandemic has pushed everyone to be more digitally savvy and emphasised the group’s digitalisation vision.
“Today’s success took years in the making. We started our digitisation journey years ago, and we have always encouraged our team to embrace the technology and use it to engage with our users.
“We wanted our digital transformative drive to bring Tropicana closer to our club members, residents, and home buyers, providing all things Tropicana right at their fingertips.
“Technology is part of our daily lives and is now fully part of our Tropicana ecosystem. We are proud to provide a user-friendly developer app and website experience that is easy to use backed by detailed Tropicana insights, in real-time update,” he said.
With the new website, homebuyers can benefit from the built-in loan aid, a loan eligibility calculator that checks their loan eligibility across 18 banks in Malaysia in minutes, conveniently allowing users to determine the purchasing viability while browsing for their ideal properties.
With the Tropicana 360 app, homeowners can enjoy seamless service, from prior to signing sales and purchase agreements (SPA) to completion and vacant possession.
Users can capitalise on substantial savings with the latest campaigns or stay informed of events and launches of Tropicana properties and retail promotions at the Tropicana Gardens Mall or Tropicana Golf and Country Resort.
From the app, owners can manage their billing statements or report defects and other issues. They can also book sports facilities, restaurants, ballrooms, and more directly in the app itself.
The app, available in multiple languages, can be downloaded from Google Play and App Store.
The Tropicana Experiential Hall, which offers a panoramic view of the Seri Selangor Golf Club, occupies 6,264 sq ft and is designed with Zen-inspired interiors, quality AV systems for a chic and comfortable event experience.
It is well-equipped with food and beverage service areas, meeting and lounge areas, a giant LED screen and a karaoke system.
Located in Tropicana Gardens Office Tower in Kota Damansara, it also benefits from the plentiful amenities of the neighbourhood mall below.
