KUALA LUMPUR: Boutique property developer Trinity Group (Trinity) achieved a 95% take-up rate for Trinity Pentamont in Mont Kiara, well ahead of its projected completion in 2022. 

The response for the 41-storey freehold condominium project, comprising 330 penthouse-styled units, was good despite the lacklustre economy and property market outlook.
