KUALA LUMPUR: Trinity Group Sdn Bhd (Trinity) launched its newest development, Trinity Lemanja, located on a 2.8-acre freehold plot along Jalan Metro Prima in Kepong.
Trinity Lemanja is the first freehold development project launched in the area and holds a gross development value (GDV) of RM320mil.
It offered 583 units ranging from 960 to 1,173 sq ft, which are priced from RM500 per sq ft or RM453,000 per unit.
The expected completion date of this two-wing condominium is set in 2021.
