AMPANG JAYA: Trinity Group has launched Trinity Sensoria, a condominium with 737 units in Beverly Heights, Ampang North, jointly developed with the Singapore-based developer Oxley Holdings Ltd. 

With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM568 million, Trinity Sensoria is built on a 6.1-acre freehold plot and offers units sized from 1,008 sq ft to 2,591 sq ft in three blocks. The development is a 10km drive from the Kuala Lumpur city centre. It is accessible via highways such as the Middle Ring Road 2, Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) and Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), allowing for smooth connection to areas such as Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Melawati, Pandan Indah, Setiawangsa and Titiwangsa.
