Property developer Jaya Megah Building and Engineering Sdn Bhd has announced the launch of its new serviced apartment project in Damansara Damai. The development offers 66 units of commercial lots spread over two floors, three floors of duplex units, and apartments with built-up areas ranging from 751sq ft to 1,774sq ft.
Company spokesman Lee Tuan Khoon said The Zizz was designed to evoke the energetic buzz, tone and thrill of modern life in an urban environment.
“We are always on the lookout for land with development potential. With this strategic location and it being commercial land, we’re able to quickly identify its value,” said Lee, adding the upcoming MRT lines would boost the development’s value.
“These are practical homes as there are many rooms for owners, especially those with children. They are designed in such a way that space is optimised,” said Liew.
Easily accessible via connecting highways such MRR2, NKVE, LDP and Penchala Link, the development offers a swimming pool, a games room, climbing wall, gym, mini amphitheatre, and banquet room.
“There’s a bit of everything for everyone, from young executives, modern families and those young at heart,” said Lee, adding the development is expected to be completed by July 2019. Lee is hoping to launch the second phase of the development, which will be connected to the first phase via a sky bridge, in October.
